    2015

    • Implemented Kanban and Lean methodologies to optimise product delivery
    • Adopted Domain-driven Design (DDD), Test-driven Development (TDD), Clean Code, Continuous Integration (CI) technical practices to improve product quality
    • Formed the first Community of Practice (CoP) to encourage idea sharing and learning
    • Awarded the Gold HEALTH Award presented by the Health Promotion Board at Singapore HEALTH Award 2014
    • Donated $11,274 to the Nepal Earthquake relief operations
    • Launched 3 white label customisable products

    2014

    • Employee headcount increased to 69 in Singapore Office and 58 in Taipei Office
    • Set up second remote office in Taichung
    • Implemented Scrum framework and Agile software development
    • Introduced T.Care Program, our Corporate Social Responsibility initiative
    • Daily active users for Mobile products increased by 165%
    • Achieved 100% uptime service rate for our customer systems through optimised database partitioning
     

    2013

    • Launched LEADS (Learning And Development System), a centralised training and development platform for self-initiated career advancement and growth
    • Received certification for People Developer by SPRING Singapore for achieving business excellence niche standard for people
    • Singapore Office headcount increased to 54
    • Taiwan Office headcount increased to 37
     

    2012

    • Certified with ISO/IEC 27001:2005 for Standard of Information Security Management System
    • Certified as Cisco Select Certified Partner
    • Achieved Microsoft Silver competencies in Server Platform, Hosting and Midmarket Solution Provider
    • Awarded the Silver HEALTH Award presented by the Health Promotion Board at Singapore HEALTH Awards 2012

    • Customer systems reached over 100,000 concurrent online users
    • Launched first mobile app product
    • Increased employee headcount to 50
     

    2010

    • Awarded the Bronze HEALTH Award presented by the Health Promotion Board at Singapore HEALTH Awards 2010
    • Set up first remote office in Taiwan (新加坡商鈦坦科技股份有限公司)
    • Implemented use of ACCORD System (A Comprehensive, Customer Oriented, Requirements Driven System) - an agile process SDLC to keep customers and products aligned, and with fast response to the requirement and
      environment changes
    • Launched a new, more powerful Wiki system
     

    2009

    • Customer systems reached over 90,000 concurrent online users
    • Launched Workforce Health Promotion (WHP) Programme to encourage healthier lifestyles and improved working environments
    • Donated S$20,000 to Red Cross Taiwan and World Vision Taiwan as aid for Typhoon Morakot post-disaster rehabilitation
     

    2008

    • Customer systems reached over 60,000 concurrent online users
    • Increased employee headcount to 20
     

    2006

    • Launched first major product
    • Introduced the TitiWiki system for internal knowledge management and sharing
    • Increased employee headcount to 10
     

    2005

    • Founded company in Singapore with 5 employees
