What a PR Specialist (Part-Timer) Does in Titansoft:

  • Support employer branding campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, IG, careers content, articles, videos)
  • Assist in creating content such as captions, videos, carousels, interview scripts, and event highlights
  • Coordinate with different teams and individuals to gather stories, quotes, and insights
  • Conduct research on employer trends, audience preferences, and content ideas
  • Help manage Titansoft's brand assets to ensure tone, visuals, and messaging stay consistent
  • Capture photos or short videos during events when needed (bonus if you enjoy this!)
  • Engage in community management, such as replying to comments and monitoring conversations

What We Are Looking For in a PR Specialist (Part-Timer):

  • Currently pursuing (or completed) a Diploma/Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields
  • Strong interest in storytelling, employer branding, and people-focused content
  • Good writing skills across different social platforms
  • Comfortable using Canva or similar design tools
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (especially LinkedIn & Instagram)
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to keep track of moving parts
  • Enjoy talking to people and translating real stories into meaningful content
