Synergizing, Strengthening, Sustaining – the theme for this year's International Association of Facilitators - IAF Asia Conference also highlights the value of #facilitation in organizations. Successful facilitation relies on the creation of a safe environment, which takes time and people-oriented design.

Sharing some of our insights:

• Stories inspire more stories, and are the best way to showcase and share our culture.
• For simple situations, use metaphors. For complex situations, share experiences and create dialogue.
• Stuck? Flip the problem statement to look at it from another view, and you might just come up with an innovative solution.
• When applying design thinking, always ask "what is stopping me from resolving the problems?"

The most practical purpose of learning is to apply, so that's what we will be doing!
