【RALL REPORT】Review and Lesson Learned
Learning happens everywhere in Titansoft. The RALL (Review and Lesson Learned) REPORT helps employees review their learning process, enhance their personal learning effectiveness, and pass on the learned information to influence more colleagues.
RALL REPORT is used in Titansoft to help employees retrace their learning after training courses. The input of newly learned skills and knowledge is supplemented by output to deepen learning effectiveness.
- Content: description of the course topic and contents.
- Result: what was learned from the course.
- Accomplishments: what's in the course that the individual/team is already doing?
- Improvement: what's in the course that can be used by individuals/teams to improve the existing situations?
