What an Operations Specialist does in Titansoft
1.Facilities & Building Management
- Manage day-to-day building operations, including mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems, lifts, air-conditioning, lifecycle asset replacement, fire safety systems, plumbing, and security.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify defects, maintenance needs, and improvement opportunities, and coordinate works which may occasionally be carried out on weekend to minimise disruption to weekday operations.
- Ensure works comply with statutory and fire safety requirements (e.g., SCDF, BCA, WSH).
- Source, appoint, and manage service providers (security, cleaning, landscaping, M&E contractors, lift maintenance, etc.).
- Coordinate space planning, allocation, and optimisation for company departments or tenants.
- Handle tenancy-related matters, including lease agreements, fit-out guidelines, and reinstatement
2.General Administration
- Provide administrative support to a manager, a group of managers or a whole department
- Ensure efficient use, maintenance and management of office equipment and resource
- Manage front desk duties, respond to internal and external enquiries, and handle office supply requisitions.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flight and accommodation bookings.
- Take clear meeting minutes and circulate them to relevant stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain administrative documents using Microsoft Office.
- Perform tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.
What we are looking for in an Operations Specialist
- Diploma or above, preferably in Facilities Management, Building Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in facilities, building services, or asset maintenance.
- Familiar with Singapore regulations and codes (e.g., Fire Code, BCA, WSH).
- Knowledge of M&E systems, building infrastructure, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in English and Knowledge in Chinese to liaise with Chinese‑speaking counterparts
- Willingness to occasionally work on weekend when required for essential building maintenance or project works
- Being ready to take on new responsibilities and be willing to learn new things.
- Self-motivated, proactive and have a keen eye for detail
- Possess good interpersonal skills, strong in coordination, problem-solving
