【Job Responsibilities】

• Diagnosis root causes and analyze data sets to develop actionable insights that can drive impactful business decisions.
• Develop ad hoc reports that will lead to insights and analysis needed for the business.• Work with Product Development teams to conduct and interpret analysis results with a focus on actionable next steps.
• Streamline reports process with automation tools.
• Support key decision makers to improve products and services.
• 進行產品數據分析（包含定期追蹤以及追溯問題根源），提供商業資料上的觀點並提出可行方案，以協助團隊決策產品走向
• 根據分析目的定期提供產品表現報告並建立對應的數據儀表板進行監控
• 了解產品現況與需求提出對應的迭代改善方案並衡量改善後的成效

【Qualification】

BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology or other equivalent qualifications.

Experience working with statistical software. (e.g. R, Python, Excel, etc.)

Basic statistical principles and practical applications.

Basic understanding of software user behavior and flow.

Experience in measuring cost and production.

有良好的表達能力與簡報能力把分析脈絡敘述給利益關係者理解

具備SQL 語法撰寫經驗

具備使用及設定GA/GTM相關經驗，進行用戶行為追蹤及分析

有使用統計軟體的經驗（如 R, Python, Excel 等）

使用過資料視覺化相關工具（例如Tableau、Qlikview、Metabase、Excel等）

具備基礎軟體使用者經驗知識 • 具備 A/B Test 進行假設驗證經驗
